Polina is an Associate in our global Corporate practice in London, focusing on clean energy and the power industry. Polina advises private equity houses, energy and infrastructure funds and corporates on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, and general corporate matters.
Having previously undertaken a secondment to EDF's nuclear new build legal team, Polina is familiar with the demands and pressures facing in-house teams.
