Olivia Evans has a particular focus on international commercial arbitration disputes arising in the energy, infrastructure and oil & gas sectors.
Olivia's experience includes advising on ICC, LCIA and ad hoc arbitrations in London, Singapore, Paris and Nigeria. She also has experience in general commercial litigation and has acted for clients in relation to proceedings in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

- Acting for the prime contractor in an arbitration (LCIA rules, London seat) related to a series of claims concerning the construction of a nuclear power plant.
- Acting for a major energy company in an arbitration (ad hoc, Nigeria seat) in connection with an expert determination of interests in an oil field subject to a unitisation agreement.
- Acting for a shipbuilder in an arbitration (LMAA rules, London seat) arising out of a contract for the construction of a semi-submersible drilling rig.
