Clifford Chance

Fionnuala Oomen is the Head of Strategy and Delivery in the London Private Funds Group. Fionnuala focuses her time on the way in which the Clifford Chance funds team delivers its service to clients, particularly in the areas of innovation, resourcing and legal technology, to help ensure that matters run as efficiently as possible. She works closely with clients and lawyers across our Global Funds & Investment Management Practice to ensure we deploy the right expertise, resource and technology to each mandate.

Prior to this, Fionnuala was a senior associate in the London Private Funds Group, advising on private fund formation across the asset classes. She then spent two years as in-house counsel at a real estate fund management business, before returning to Clifford Chance.
