Chris Hardisty is a member of Clifford Chance's Global Asset Finance Group who advises clients across the aviation sector.
Chris advises on a wide range of matters within the sector, including secured and unsecured loans, finance lease transactions, operating leases, securitisations, aircraft portfolio acquisitions and sales, restructurings, PDP financings, AFIC financings and ECA financings.
- Advised Nordic Aviation Capital in connection with the sale of a majority stake to EQT VI and the purchase by NAC of Aldus Aviation and Jetscape
- Advised DVB and KKR on the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of 37 aircraft from AerCap
- Advised GE Capital Aviation Services on the sale of a portfolio of 45 aircraft to Avolon and on numerous other portfolio sales to various lessors and investors
- Advised DVB Bank in connection with their US$667 million debut securitisation through its investment fund Deucalion
