• Aercap on the debt for equity restructuring of Norwegian Air Shuttle
• HMG in relation to Flybe Limited
• potential administrators to a large, UK retailer on a restructuring contingency plan
• the senior lenders to Carillion PLC on its attempted restructuring and subsequent insolvency
• the senior lenders to Edcon, Southern Africa's largest non-food retailer, in relation to its financial restructuring
• an ad hoc committee of noteholders and new money lenders to the Abengoa Group on the global restructuring of the group's c. EUR€14 billion of financial indebtedness (using an English CVA, US Chapter 11 and Spanish homologation)
