- Representing EE in High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings brought by the administrators for Phones 4u alleging breaches of Article 101/Chapter I and breaches of contractual duties of good faith (Phones 4u v EE & ors [2023] EWHC 2826 (Ch)).
- Representing ING in a High Court claim concerning payments that are subject to Russian sanctions.
- Representing a global sports organisation in confidential regulatory proceedings.
- Advising a well-known trustee company in relation to a contested partition of trust assets worth around $400m (involving separate proceedings in England, New York, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and the British Virgin Islands).
- Advising a private equity consortium in relation to a variety of post-M&A breach of contract claims.
- Representing high net worth individuals in relation to a chattels dispute over a collection of fine art, silver and antiques.
- Representing a major aircraft leasing company in relation to a range of lessee default issues, including recovery of costs, loss of profit and cross-border enforcement.
