Aniko Adam is Counsel in our global antitrust practice and is based in London. Aniko specialises in all aspects of EU and UK competition law, advising clients on the merger control aspects of M&A transactions, behavioural antitrust investigations, commercial arrangements, competition law compliance, and the application of foreign investment regimes.
Prior to joining Clifford Chance in 2019, she worked for more than eight years as an antitrust associate at another international law firm in London, which included secondments to Vodafone and the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
