She also has considerable experience of advising on international commercial arbitration disputes in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Akanksha has advised on regulatory investigations across a range of jurisdictions and industries. Her recent experience includes advising on contentious regulations brought by domestic regulators, as well as on internal investigations at a range of financial institutions. Akanksha also has experience of advising on ICC, LCIA and SIAC arbitrations.
