Clifford Chance

Théo Piazza specialises in matters related to French and international tax laws. He advises on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, real estate transactions and reorganisations. He also has experience in litigation before tax authorities and French or international tax courts.

Théo is a graduate of Panthéon-Assas University (Master's degree in International Tax Law, delivered jointly with HEC Paris). He joined Clifford Chance in 2024 after having practiced for five years in the tax team of international law firms in Paris.
