Samy Rais has extensive experience in international commercial and investment arbitration and litigation. His experience includes advising private and State entities in arbitration proceedings under the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, HKIAC and AFA rules of arbitration, as well as annulment and enforcement proceedings, in a wide variety of sectors (including construction, real estate, mining, pharma, new technologies, transportation and energy) and regions.

Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Samy practiced in the arbitration department of a U.S. law firm in Paris.
