Pierre Goyat specializes in the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions (M&A, private equity) as well as fund and carried interest structuring. He also advises corporate executives on profit-sharing and management incentive plans.

Pierre is a graduate of HEC Paris (Grande Ecole Program, 2011), of Paris-1 Panthéon-Sorbonne university (Master's in Law, 2012), and of Cornell University (Juris Doctor, 2012). He joined Clifford Chance Paris' Tax team in 2019, after having practiced at a leading French law firm from 2013 to 2019. Pierre is a member of the Paris bar.
