Hugues is specialised in project finance and international project development, with a focus in Africa and in Europe.

Hugues has a vast experience advising sponsors, developers and lenders in power (including renewable energy), as well as infrastructure, oil&gas and mining sectors.

He has also been advising clients on acquisitions in infrastructure and power sectors in Africa.

Through the many projects Hugues has been working on, he has acquired over the years a unique knowledge of OHADA's law and various regulations and specific local issues in both Central African Economic and Monetary Union (CEMAC) and West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU).
