Célia assists French companies and their domestic and international shareholders in France as well as creditors and investors as part of complex financial restructuring cases. Prior to joining Clifford Chance in 2024 as a Senior Associate, Célia began her career as an associate to a judicial administrator and worked for 6 years as a lawyer in two prominent US Law Firms.
