- Internal investigation on compliance with a financial institution's internal policies by one of its executives.
- Preparing a due diligence for an investment fund concerning corruption and money laundering risks before the acquisition of a number of Spanish companies within the energy sector.
- Conducting a major Government- led AML investigation stemming from allegations that customers of a bank´s Baltic subsidiaries had facilitated money laundering.
- Advising a Norwegian renewable energy generation company on the implementation in Spain of a compliance programme (crime prevention plan) in accordance with the requirements of article 31 bis of the Spanish Criminal Code, together with other compliance policies and procedures in general.
- Advising a group dedicated to the manufacture and transformation of wood-based products on several sanctions-related issues deriving from its business activities and international transactions involving the importation of goods.
