- Advising a first division football league coach in relation to a tax fraud investigation at Court.
- Advising the Spanish subsidiary of a British telecom company in relation to a criminal investigation of corrupt conduct in public tenders.
- Internal investigation of a private university due to an alleged scheme of corruption, intellectual property offences and other irregularities that involved, among others, senior management, reported internally by a student.
- Internal investigation on compliance with a financial institution's internal policies by one of its executives.
- Preparing a due diligence for an investment fund concerning corruption and money laundering risks before the acquisition of a number of Spanish companies within the energy sector.
- Conducting a major Government- led AML investigation stemming from allegations that customers of a bank´s Baltic subsidiaries had facilitated money laundering.
- Advising a Norwegian renewable energy generation company on the implementation in Spain of a compliance programme (crime prevention plan) in accordance with the requirements of article 31 bis of the Spanish Criminal Code, together with other compliance policies and procedures in general.
- Advising a group dedicated to the manufacture and transformation of wood-based products on several sanctions-related issues deriving from its business activities and international transactions involving the importation of goods.
