Adrián Crespo focuses on complex intellectual property and unfair competition litigation in Spain and beyond, across a wide gamut of industrial sectors, from consumer electronics to chemical engineering, with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. He has been involved in several of Spain's landmark patent cases concerning some of the world's best-selling drugs.
He also represents clients in general commercial litigation.
Adrián is also a member of the Board of Appeals of the Community Plant Variety Office.
