Maximilian Loosen is an Associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in Düsseldorf.
He specialises in commercial arbitration and litigation in national and international proceedings. In addition, he has particular experience in data protection and data litigation.
His experience includes:
- Representing an internationally active manufacturer of wind generators in the assertion of insurance claims due to construction defects in the amount of approx. EUR 80 million
- Representing a developer of biological plant protection products in relation to a dispute with its manufacturer of a highly regulated biological fungicide
- Providing strategic legal support to an European energy producer in the construction of an offshore wind farm and advising in the conclusion of a settlement regarding disputes arising from a construction contract in the amount of EUR 68 million
- Advising a global acting private equity fund in a post M&A claim regarding the liability of a developer and provider of intelligent traffic and smart city solutions arising from a car accident
- Advising and representing a local authority in various liability proceedings
