Anne Filzmoser specialises in EC and German competition law — in particular, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cartels, compliance programmes, distribution and licensing arrangements across a wide range of industry sectors, including pharmaceutical, automotive, energy, food and consumer goods.
Anne Filzmoser berät im deutschen und europäischen Kartellrecht. Ihre Schwerpunkte liegen dabei in der Verteidigung von Unternehmen in Bußgeldverfahren, in der Fusionskontrolle und im Vertriebsrecht. Anne begleitet zudem Unternehmen bei der Einrichtung interner Compliance-Programme und der Umsetzung spezifischer Compliance-Maßnahmen.
