Jonathon Leung specialises in asset finance and structured finance transactions with extensive experience advising a wide range of clients including banks, financiers and operating and financial lessors.
He has acted on a broad range of cross-border finance transactions, involving sale and leasebacks, finance and operating leasing, tax based leasing structures, portfolio acquisitions and restructurings.
Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Jonathon previously worked in the field of trade finance and regulatory issues with major international financial institutions. He was admitted as a lawyer in New York in 2014.
