Jessica is an associate in the Investment Funds practice of Clifford Chance’s Hong Kong office and a member of the APAC Private Funds Group. Jessica has been involved in advising private fund sponsors on fund structuring and formation across various strategies and institutional investors on their investments into private funds. She previously completed a secondment in the Luxembourg office where she advised on Luxembourg fund structures.
