Jason is an associate in the Public Companies, Corporate and Securities Group at Clifford Chance’s Hong Kong office.

He focuses on corporate finance, securities and commercial transactions. Jason represents issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings in Hong Kong and advises PRC and multinational clients on their mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization and pre-IPO investments.

He also regularly advises Hong Kong listed companies on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. Jason has been involved in numerous Hong Kong IPOs covering a wide spectrum of industries, including property management, catering, technology and financial services.
