Diana is an Associate in the Hong Kong office and a member of the APAC Asset Management and Financial Regulatory Group.

Diana specialises in financial regulation and advisory work, with experience advising on both non-contentious and enforcement matters. She works closely with Hong Kong-listed companies, international banks, asset managers, and other financial institutions. She frequently engages with local regulators such as the SFC, HKMA, and HKEX, as well as foreign regulators, to assist clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, managing regulatory inquiries, and ensuring operational compliance.
