Clifford Chance

Valia is an Associate in the Antitrust practice group at Clifford Chance, based in our Brussels office. Her areas of focus include complex regulatory and contentious matters, competition law investigations, and multi-jurisdictional mergers. Valia also advises clients on the implications of key EU legislation, including the Digital Markets Act and the Data Act, and is part of the firm's antitrust technology working group.

Valia holds an LLB from University College London (UCL), a Master's in International and European Law (MLaw) from the University of Zurich, and an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley, with a certificate of specialisation in Law & Technology.

Valia is qualified in California and is admitted to the Bar in Brussels (B-list).
