Clifford Chance

Valia is an Associate in the Antitrust practice group at Clifford Chance, based in our Brussels office. Her areas of focus include complex regulatory and contentious matters, competition law investigations and multi-jurisdictional mergers. Valia also maintains an interest in technology and digital matters and is part of the firm's antitrust technology working group. Valia recently worked on the antitrust aspects in our representation of Arçelik's successful creation of Beko Europe and the acquisition of Whirlpool's MENA operations.

ValiaShe graduated from University College London (UCL), the University of Zurich (MLaw) and University of California, Berkeley (LLM) with a certificate of specialisation in Law & Technology.
