- Advised a consortium on the acquisition of Euroports, a major port terminal operator
- Advised Mitsubishi Corporation and Chubu, on their €4.5bn acquisition of Eneco, a Dutch energy company formerly owned by multiple Dutch municipalities
- Advised Deliverect, the Belgian foodtech unicorn, on its $150m Series D financing round with international investors and on ongoing governance, strategic and commercial matters;
- Advised Dedalus Holding, backed by Ardian, on its acquisition of a part of Agfa-Gevaert Group’s healthcare IT business
- Advised hedge funds Highbridge and Whitebox on a €100m senior secured convertible facility for listed biotech company Mithra Pharmaceuticals
- Advised THI Holdings, a German family office, on its acquisition of RE Panels
- Advised Corialis, on Astorg's entry into exclusive negotiations to become the new majority shareholder of Corialis from CVC Capital Partners Fund VI
