Ryan Draper specialises in competition law. Ryan has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of antitrust law, including litigation, investigations, merger review and foreign direct investment.
In the course of his career at Clifford Chance Ryan has worked in both the Sydney and London offices, and prior to joining the firm was a Principal Lawyer in the Mergers, Exemptions and Digital legal team at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

- Glencore plc in proceedings against the Port of Newcastle in respect of access pricing.
- New South Wales Minerals Council in an application brought by the Port of Newcastle to the Australian Competition Tribunal to review the decision of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to authorize the Council to collectively bargain with the Port.
