Prachi Trivedi is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, specialising in international commercial arbitration and commercial litigation.
Prachi advises on a wide range of international commercial disputes, including in relation to significant commercial disputes before the DIFC Courts.
She has experience as counsel on arbitrations conducted under the LCIA, LMAA, ICC, AAA and ICSID institutional rules for clients in the banking and finance, commodities, oil and gas, mining, shipbuilding, aerospace, technology and defence sectors. Prachi was seconded as Counsel to the LCIA in 2018.
Prachi regularly provides advice on the merits of disputed issues to assist clients with identifying the most suitable strategy for resolution of their disputes.

- Advising a private bank in relation to the court-mandated liquidation of a subsidiary including consideration of liquidator's powers and competing creditors' claims
- Advising an international defence contractor in relation to potential litigation concerning framework agreement for supply of software
- Advising a shipbuilder in an LMAA arbitration arising from a newbuilding contract for construction of a semisubmersible rig
