Prachi Trivedi is an experienced international commercial arbitration and commercial litigation practitioner.
Prachi advises on a wide range of complex, high-value international commercial disputes, including significant cases before the DIFC Courts. Her experience encompasses acting as counsel in arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules (including LCIA, LMAA, ICC, AAA, and ICSID). She has also been appointed as arbitrator by leading arbitral institutions.
Prachi represents clients across diverse sectors, including banking and finance, professional services, oil and gas, shipbuilding, aerospace, technology and defence.
