Clifford Chance advises Telekom Srbija on acquisition of NetTV Plus and Sport Klub rights
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Telekom Srbija on its acquisition of 100% of Eon TV International Ltd, the direct-to-home business trading as EoNSat and Total TV in Serbia and North Macedonia, as well as certain rights, licenses, and other assets relating to the Sport Klub channels in the Western Balkans. This strategic acquisition is expected to result to an even more diverse entertainment content being offered to an even larger audience, further strengthening Telekom Srbija's position in the Western Balkans.
A cross-border Clifford Chance team led on this deal including partners Anastasios Tomtsis and Niek De Pauw based in Brussels and Nick Spurrell in London.
