Clifford Chance advises Unilever on binding offer for sale of Elida Beauty to Yellow Wood Partners
Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Unilever PLC on the binding offer for the sale of its Elida Beauty Business to Yellow Wood Partners LLC. Elida Beauty comprises more than 20 beauty and personal care brands including Q-Tips, Caress, Timotei and TIGI. The binding offer is subject to the usual closing conditions, regulatory requirements and consultation processes. Completion is expected by mid-2024.
