Clifford Chance advises A.P. Møller Capital on its strategic investment in grain logistics infrastructure in Africa
Clifford Chance advised A.P. Møller Capital in relation to its acquisition, through the Africa Infrastructure Fund 1, of a 49% shareholding in Casablanca-based grain terminal operator Mass Céréales al Maghreb (MCM), a subsidiary of Holmarcom, which retained 51% ownership of MCM.
Through MCM, A.P. Møller Capital and Holmarcom intend to pursue new investments in grain logistics infrastructure in Africa, which will enable the creation of more reliable and efficient supply chains, support food security and create sustainable jobs in African markets.
