Melissa Fogarty and Nigel Wellings appointed as Co-heads of UK Corporate for Clifford Chance in London

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance announces that Melissa Fogarty and Nigel Wellings have been appointed to take over from Mark Poulton as London Corporate Practice Area Leaders for a four year term beginning on 1st July 2018.

‎Melissa’s strong client relationships, formed from leading roles on a wide range of corporate advisory and M&A matters, are complemented by her commitment to implementing the firm's Best Delivery Strategy within the UK Corporate practice and her involvement in the firm's diversity initiatives.

Nigel’s expertise in Private Equity and focus on the emerging markets has put him at the forefront of the rise of activity in this area. He previously spent four years working in the Dubai office, where his role included acting as Head of Corporate in the Middle East.
