Clean Energy Pipeline's Legal League Tables rank the top law firms that advised on deals across the globe in the past year, and we are delighted to be named the top law firm for both global project finance and M&A transactions by deal value. Clean Energy Pipeline is an independent provider of news and data for the renewables finance industry, noting that Clifford Chance supported $19.8 billion of project finance transactions and $35 billion of M&A transactions in 2022.

The report tracks transactions and projects across energy technologies including solar, wind, storage, hydro, geothermal, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, biomass, biofuels and energy-from-waste.
