Luxembourg transposes the Mobility Directive

On 23 January 2025, the Parliament passed the law (the "Law") transposing the Directive (EU) 2019/2121 (the “Mobility Directive”), amending Directive (EU) 2017/1132 regarding cross-border conversions, mergers, and divisions. This Law introduces significant changes to cross-border mergers and establishes a legal framework for cross-border conversions and divisions within the EU.
