The Dutch temporary act transparency turbo liquidation

On 14 March 2023, the Senate (Eerste Kamer) adopted the temporary act transparency turbo-liquidation (the "Act"), which Act will enter into force on 15 November 2023.

This briefing summarises the key changes of this Act: (i) accountability and disclosure obligation (verantwoordings- en bekendmakingsplicht), (ii) director disqualification (bestuursverbod) and (iii) right of inspection (inzagerecht).
