UK Government releases plans to reform public procurement law in the UK

On 15 December 2020, the UK government published its eagerly anticipated Green Paper on "Transforming Public Procurement".

The Green Paper sets out the government's plans to reform UK public procurement law, now that the UK is no longer subject to EU law.
