On 18 March, Royal Decree-Law 8/2020, of 17 March, on extraordinary urgent measures to address the economic and social impact of COVID-19 (the "COVID-19 RDL") was published, and that, among other things, adopts measures to mitigate the effects of COVID-19 on public procurement.
