Coronavirus: Legal issues for the maritime industry

The outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) is having a significant impact on the maritime industry as demand for the transportation of goods in and out of China falls, ships and their crews are stuck at sea, ports may be closed and vessels delayed by being quarantined. This is having a knock-on effect in many other areas, including for example the construction industry.
