First thing on the to-do list for 2020: de-activate the risk of actions in personam in Spanish debt positions being time-barred

As a result of the reform of the Spanish Civil Code in 2015, the statute of limitations on many of the actions in personam which creditors of Spanish debt positions would be entitled to take will expire on 7 October 2020.
