Santiago Roca Arribas advises clients on compliance with U.S. and multi-jurisdictional merger control laws, the review of mergers and acquisitions, government investigations into anti-competitive conduct, and the implementation of antitrust best practices.
Santiago also has experience navigating clients through government merger reviews and Second Request investigations. He has worked on the response to a number of complex investigations and has particular expertise in managing the e-discovery process, including the use of technology-assisted review, and other techniques to efficiently manage and streamline the compliance process.
He has represented clients before the US antitrust agencies and other foreign antitrust agencies in a wide range of industries, including aircraft leasing, consumer products and the healthcare sector.
Prior to joining the firm, he trained with the European Commission (D.G. Competition) and a leading law firm in Brussels.
