Anna Mammedova has worked on financing, leasing, sales and ECA and insurance supported financing transactions involving aircraft, vessels, rolling stock, energy and natural resources. She has advised financiers, arrangers, export credit agencies, leasing companies, credit risk insurance providers and the UK government.
Anna has also worked in Clifford Chance’s Paris office.
- Advised Balthazar Insurers on insurance backed financing in relation to 5 A321neo aircraft for THY. Aviation 100 European Supported Finance Deal of the Year 2020 and Legal Transaction of the Year award in Airfinance Journal 2020.
- Advised a syndicate of banks on a secured financing for semiconductor equipment in Germany.
- Advised a large syndicate of ECA backed banks on the financing of the €6.2bn Trans Adriatic Pipeline. PFI European Oil & Gas Deal of the Year 2018. TXF Perfect 10 Deal of the Year, 2019.
- Advised a syndicate of banks on various secured portfolio financings and liquidity facilities for AerCap.
