Clifford Chance has been named as the most influential legal adviser for renewables M&A in 2023 by Clean Energy Pipeline.
In addition to our top five ranking for renewables project financing, we were the highest ranked law firm for M&A transactions involving clean energy companies and projects. Our role at the forefront of the renewables sector was clearly highlighted in 2023, advising on 40 M&A deals with a total deal value of $11.8 billion.
