Anne Hendrikx specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. Her focus includes post-M&A disputes, ESG-related litigation, mass and follow-on claim cases, investment treaty arbitration and arbitration-related proceedings. Anne is a member of the Academic Council of the Clifford Chance Amsterdam office. She has completed a Ph.D on the interpretation of contracts and is an active author and speaker in the field of contract law.
