Amy is a Director in the London office of the Global Employment team. She has considerable experience in all key areas of employment law and guides clients through the legal, practical and reputational impact of their people decisions (including in respect of executive recruitment; remuneration; Tribunal and High Court litigation; grievances, disciplinary issues and dismissals; restructurings, insolvencies, redundancies and collective matters; financial services regulation; public and private M&A, outsourcings and employee transfers).
In particular, in the last year, she has assisted organisations in the financial services, lifesciences and natural resources sectors carrying out ethics, conduct, culture and whistleblowing reviews and investigations, as well as employment litigation and data subject access requests, and given strategic advice on sensitive board level grievances and disputes.
As a former sole in house employment counsel for the UK branch of an international corporate and investment bank, Amy has practical, in-depth experience of working client side. Having served on
the firm's ESG Board and as co-chair of the firm's Gender Parity network Amy recognises the critical importance of governance, risk and reputation management frameworks within large organisations.
