Vipul is a recognized leader in this space, with more than 25 years of experience in structuring and negotiating strategic outsourcing, services and technology-driven deals for clients across industries, most notably for major financial institutions. He has extensive experience in IT and business process outsourcings, complex cloud arrangements, licensing transactions, adoption artificial intelligence systems, and core systems deals.

Vipul assists clients through every stage of their deals, from developing objectives and issuing RFPs through negotiations and closing. He also counsels on digital transformation initiatives and supplier management strategies and works with clients to resolve challenging scope, performance and financial disputes.
